What a wonderful way to spend the day together! Our morning will be filled with Play. Our afternoon will be all about Rest and co-regulation. We sail into the evening with a live music Contact Improvisation Jam.

Experiements in communal Play is a body of work that Shannon founded in 2010. Wacky, wild, and enriched with somatic shenanigans.

It has been scientifically proven how vital play is to our well-being.

Animals and young children are always playing which supports their nervous systems to be fluid and flexible.

Ever notice how contracted life can feel when we are taking ourselves too seriously?

Just a small dose of play per day can expand you into a state of awe of joy and aliveness.

This workshop is an improvisational playground for collaborating in community through movement, theater, and humor.

Nesting and Resting: The art of togetherness

This workshop will be based in restful contact duets.  We will allow our connection to each other to simply be an embodied elemental conversation.   A place to remember who we are through somatic connection, and restful replenishment of our vitality.   Release the mind, words and conversations and melt into a safe and intimate container for regulating our nervous systems.  

This gathering will be a rich time to recalibrate your nervous system, and enjoy the pleasure of resting into Being ONE with one another.
