This month-long committed group is focused on deepening our comfort level in the act of Falling.  Momentum and falling are prerequisites to a satisfying contact improvisation duet.  A sequence of solo, duet and group practices to upgrade our capacity to maintain relaxation while falling.

From here we are able to trust in the sensation of falling, of MOMENTUM and launch into a new awareness of the delightful practice of  Contact Improvisation.

Each class will have:

* core strength training 

* increasing our capacity to be super sensitive to the subtle

*waking up to the world of sensation and allowing that direct feedback loop to lead the way in our dances

*slowing down and enjoying pause and co-regulation in our dances.  

*developing greater trust in our own landing gear and how to fall and catch ourselves safely. 

*developing great trust with those we are dancing with and how to lean in, fall in, and catch each other safely. 

* developing greater ease with your own solo dance

* finding confidence to initiate and leave dances.
