Monday's 6-8 pm June 10-July 22. 

We will take the first hour to broaden our skillset of finding our ground through another.  

How to get under the center of your partner in order to to facilitate a lift with ease and grace.  

Basic and Intermeditate skill sets will be offered.  Beginners mind is welcome and honored.

7-8 will be an open jam with a simple score to kick off the journey of embodied play and ensemble tuning to creating compostion in the space.
