Learn ways to become round and receptive and work with the floor.
Roll, spiral, and flow with the floor as your under dancer.
As we deepen our trust with our own bodies and the floor our Contact Improvisation Duets become more receptive, fluid, round, and spiral in nature.
This workshop is open all levels.
